Every batch of MgO, steel, and coating material is tested before entering production.
In-Process Inspection
Dimensions, weight, and structural integrity are checked during production.
Surface Quality Check
Visual inspection for finish consistency, color accuracy, and texture uniformity.
Functional Testing
Gas leak testing, ignition testing, and heat resistance verification for every burner.
Packaging Inspection
Drop testing, corner protection, and carton strength verification.
Pre-Shipment Audit
AQL sampling, container loading supervision, and photo documentation.
